Game Crashes on start up

Hi
I'm having a issue where once the patcher loads and i click start it opens the window but it stays blank and nothing happens, the music plays but nothing loads then after a few seconds or so it crashes.
I've ran the game as admin and tried the compatibility settings and had no luck.
can someone please help me to get the game working.

Try to set the settings on low, all, and run it again.
